You are invited for some healthy fun! Please join us on Friday night during the conference for Laughter Yoga with instructor Jill Brook. 

No skills or fitness required; just comfortable clothing and a willingness to laugh.

Laughter yoga is fun, unique, playful, relaxing and healthy for the brain and body.
(Seriously... a physician created it. Research proves it. It's pretty powerful.
