Jill Brook MA

Jill Brook, MA is a long-time nutritionist, researcher, and autoimmune dysautonomia patient. She earned degrees from Princeton University and UCLA, worked as a researcher and nutritionist at UCLA and the Pritikin Longevity Center, then became a nutritionist in private practice in Pasadena, California. She counseled individuals and families, consulted for Caltech and Disney, wrote books, trained other nutritionists around the globe, but slowly became too sick with dysautonomia to run her busy practice.

She was homebound for years, but eventually worked her way back to feeling great again.She has since focussed on nutrition for chronic illnesspatients, especially those with autoimmunity and complex nutritional challenges.She currently serves as nutrition consultant/nutritionist to the Dysautonomia Clinic, Amherst Neurology, Standing Up to POTS and Diet for Health.
