Galyn Forster, MS

Galyn Forster MS is a Licensed Professional Counselor practicing in Eugene Oregon since receiving an MS in Counseling Psychology from the University of Oregon in 1988. He works with adults, youth and couples with a wide range of issues including complex trauma, dissociation, anxiety, attachment issues, physical pain and unexplained somatic complaints. His clinical theoretical orientation is eclectic but central are the therapies of Eye Movement Desensitization (EMDR), Coherence Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Sensorimotor Therapy. He began working with patients prescribed low dose naltrexone (LDN) as an adjunct to psychotherapy in 2010. Since then, he has worked with over forty-five patients, facilitating their use of  LDN to help manage psychiatric symptoms.
