The trust is a charity which aims to raise £500,000 initially, to get low-dose naltrexone (LDN) into clinical trials. The first trial to be considered is to test the response to LDN as a treatment for Multiple Sclerosis. Further trials are planned to similarly test the therapeutic response in other diseases based on Dr Bihari's research.
The Charity was set up by a group of people who themselves have MS, who have proved that LDN works for them. It is non profit making and no Salaries or Wage whatsoever will be taken out from the funds. Only expenses for the running of the Charity will be taken and these will be at the actual cost.
